  This is ideal for small, medium and large corporate clients and will allow them to refill airtime on their staff devices , anytime , anywhere.

E-Transactions is an electronic airtime recharge system.

It allows companies and vendors, to refill their staff and customers' phones with any payment denomination, on any of the 6 operators in Ghana. (Glo, Airtel, TiGo, MTN, Expresso and Vodafone).Our service can work on both prepaid and post paid accounts.

It is instant and hassle free.

Besides that, the company or agent will enjoy a discount on any amount loaded using the system. Discounts differ by Operator but range between 3% to 6% , depending on the operator airtime loaded.

The discounts earned are instant and not back end rebates.

For examples, if the company fills GHC100 on Vodafone number, and the agreed discount for Vodafoneis 5%, only GHC95 is deducted from the client wallet, while GHC100 is loaded on the mobile phonenumber.

Here is how the system works:

• e-Transactions will open an account or "e-wallet" on our system, in the name of the corporate client or an individual reseller
• A web portal will be given to each corporate client with a username / password and also either POS terminals or Java enabled phoned given to the individual resellers depending on his nature of business.
• Each month, once the customer (in this case a corporate client) is ready to start refilling their staff accounts, they will depositequivalent amount at any of the designated banks we work with (Zenith, Access, ADB, UBA, Fidelity , GCB orEco Bank). Deposits can be cash, cq or even a bank transfer. The individual reseller also followers same payment process for funds to be loaded onto his or her wallet
• The funds deposited will be credited immediately and automatically to the customer account.
• Customers can now start recharging their staff phones numbers or selling and enjoy instant discounts.
• Full reporting capabilities are available to monitor the loading and avoid fraud or errors Our System is Multi Location friendly. A large corporate client can have one master wallet and several subwallets assigned to different factories, branches or offices etc...
• Master wallet can transfer a lump sum amount to each sub wallet whenever needed. ( Head Office cantransfer allocated amounts to branches ).
• Sub wallet operator can use the funds to refill their staff allowance from their site, while master walletwill generate the profit... ( this is a good solution for Oil Companies or Petrol Stations where terminals areplaced in different locations and head office will generate the profit from the sales of those branches ).
